As the Senior Reward Manager you will be involved in a wide range of compensation related topics.

No day is the same, you will need to feel comfortable in a dynamic work environment and not shy away from working on ad-hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Act as Programme Manager for the Compensation Cycle, responsible for scheduling and resource utilisation, communication with the People function and business leaders
  • Manage the Equity Cycle ie grants, distributions and exercise windows and all Equity data. Be the contact for all Equity queries
  • Assist with the preparation of CompCo papers
  • Be a subject matter expert on incentive plan design and development and contribute to Lilium’s total reward strategy as the company grows.
  • Lead key reward projects and contribute to broader HR programmes (performance management, organisation restructuring
  • Be the expert interface into the HRIS team ensuring the reward agenda is represented in the long-term plan for the HR technology system
  • Understand Global Compensation policies and practices and act as an expert resource for the People Team
  • Maintain the Grading Framework and level jobs within the organisation
  • Benchmark jobs externally and create annual compensation structures
  • Manage relationships with providers/brokers for all benefits
  • Champion continuous improvement and effective cross-team working to increase efficiency and reduce rework

Your Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience gained in roles with similar requirements including:
    • Experience of compliance/governance reporting for a listed business e.g Equity compensation, Annual Reports, Gender Pay Gap etc
  • Excellent technical knowledge of people systems and reporting tools (Workday reporting advantageous)
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and a methodical approach
  • Concern for deadline and quality requirements
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with a focus on the customer
  • Collaborative approach, can do attitude and a Team player
  • Influencing skills and engagement with differing client groups
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to switch from technical to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, multitask, work to deadlines, prioritise under pressure
  • Fluent English is essential, other languages will be advantageous
