This role in a nutshell:

You drive the product strategy for SAAS tools- focussed on colleague needs, product analytics, financial targets and external industry innovation. 

You work closely with procurement and finance colleagues to optimise cost-to-serve and ensure that a backlog of training, workflow and integration development and configuration is aligned with the digital experience requirements of over 10,000 people delivering plan zero.

Your key outcomes will be to:

  • Build a deep understanding of current and future internal stakeholder needs.
  • Own the strategy for how to enable all internal stakeholders to leverage productivity capabilities.
  • Define and drive the roadmap for internal tooling across the full lifecycle of digital experience.
  • Identify opportunities for the highest leverage across all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across OVOTech teams, internal and external stakeholders to make build vs buy recommendations for relevant parts of our digital experience.
  • Determine if and how to integrate digital experience capabilities into other internal applications as needed.

You’ll be a successful Senior Senior Platforms Automation Manager at OVO if you…

You will have a strong understanding of technical systems & platforms and experience building and maintaining productivity tools for internal users that have a customer-centric objective.

We’ll pay you between £55,000 and £75,000, depending on your specific skills and experience. If your expectations are a little different, have a chat with us!
