We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Analyst with strong functional and configuration expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales and support processes and the ability to map them effectively to Salesforce’s out-of-the-box (OOTB) features. This role requires a hands-on professional who can lead requirement discussions, configure Salesforce solutions, and ensure the platform delivers maximum business value

This is a hybrid role requiring systems fluency, business acumen, and a strong grasp of GTM workflows spanning marketing, sales, and customer success.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document sales and support process requirements.
  • Map business processes to Salesforce OOTB capabilities and recommend best-fit solutions.
  • Configure Salesforce, including flows, automation, validation rules, approval processes, record types, and reports/dashboards.
  • Lead and facilitate requirement workshops and functional discussions across teams.
  • Collaborate with development and technical teams to design scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Support UAT planning and execution, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful deployments.
  • Maintain detailed functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce product releases, new features, and Agentforce capabilities, providing recommendations for adoption.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of functional experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce configuration using standard (OOTB) features.
  • Strong understanding of Sales and Support business processes.
  • Salesforce Consultant Certification (Sales Cloud or Service Cloud) – mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce CPQ expertise
  • Exposure to Agentforce.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and AppExchange solutions.
