We’re looking for a Senior project manager that will lead the most strategic salesforce projects in the growth organization. Highly organized, motivated and creative individual with strong technical and business understanding skills. This Person will be responsible for creating project plans, tracking progress against those plans, communicating with stakeholders, and removing any barriers that might prevent teams from being successful. What’s the job?                                                               

• Lead projects end-to-end - Define, Manage, and develop a detailed Salesforce project plan to support business growth. From gathering requirements from stakeholders, designing a solution, using our developers for implementation and testing, and maintaining it. 
• Partner with internal colleagues to provide excellent project delivery. Provide end-user training and guides and conduct post project evaluations and result assessments. 
• Own business processes - work closely with business partners to understand evolving business processes and translate into SF requirements.  

Have you done this kind of stuff? 

• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience as Salesforce Project manager  
• Strong technical knowledge in Salesforce and troubleshooting. 
• Multitasking capabilities 
• Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders 
• Positive customer facing attitude 
• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• Excel and data manipulation 
• Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing
