We are looking for an experienced Architect to drive cross functional projects in the Go-To Market area. As a Quote to Cash Architect, you will play a crucial role in transforming our sales and finance operations by architecting, implementing, and maintaining the Quote to Cash process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

What You’ll Do:

  • System Architecture: Design and architect the end-to-end Quote to Cash process, integrating Salesforce, CPQ, Subscription Management and NetSuite to ensure a seamless and efficient flow of data and transactions.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize the Quote to Cash process, identifying areas for improvement and automation.
  • System Integration: Lead the integration of Salesforce, CPQ, Subscription Management and NetSuite, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across all systems.
  • Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce, Subscription Management, and NetSuite to meet the specific needs of the organization, including pricing, invoicing, contract management, and revenue recognition.
  • Data Management: Establish data governance standards and best practices to maintain high-quality data throughout the Quote to Cash process.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and training purposes.
  • Training and Support: Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption of the integrated systems.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies related to revenue recognition and financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Degree holder preferably in Computer Science or Engineering disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in designing and implementing large scale enterprise applications.
  • Proven successful track record to design application(s) with extensive knowledge in Quote to Cash and Subscription Management areas.
  • Hands on experience and knowledge in building services, and API models; and different storage solutions (e.g. SQL database(s), NoSQL such as MongoDB, Hadoop, Redis, etc.); and web standards (e.g. REST APIs, web security mechanisms)
  • Systems design experience, with the ability to architect or explain complex systems interactions including data flows, common interfaces, APIs and other methods
  • Sound understanding and experience of contemporary paradigms, such as Cloud, DevOps and Agile
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn new technologies, and be passionate in updated trend
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills to speak and present in front of senior executives
  • Must be able to work in the office 3 days a week

The annual base salary range is: $141,000-$212,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
