Senior SEO Marketing Manager (x/f/m)
What you’ll do
You’ll be responsible for managing and implementing strategic SEO initiatives to drive organic traffic, improve our visibility on our most strategic keywords and enhance user experience across millions of pages. You’ll also lead the optimization efforts, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards and all content meets the requirements for Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness (E-E-A-T) set by search engine guidelines.
You'll collaborate cross-functionally with content creators, Product team dedicated to SEO, and local marketing teams to roll-out features impacting millions of patients; as well as working closely with the Product and Data Science team to launch A/B tests aimed at improving the CVR of our pages, offering a top notch experience to our users.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Market overview: Keyword research and competitor analysis, to make sure we’re not missing any big opportunities at the moment, and size future opportunities.
- Audit our website to identify any critical errors affecting our SEO rankings, and identify future opportunities.
- Technical optimization: Support our Product teams to prioritize and implement SEO recommendations.
- Content Strategy: Together with Go To Market (GTM) and the local marketing team, define and execute a robust content strategy focused on creating high-quality content related to health.
- Linkbuilding: Identify opportunities to improve our netlinking profile, working together with GTM, Onboarding, Mktg & PR teams.
- Local SEO optimization: Identify opportunities to maximize our visibility, and our client’s, on local SERPs.
- Monitoring & reporting: Identify the main metrics, set up the right targets, and communicate on a regular basis on how you’re achieving them.
- Collaboration with other departments: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as the Patient Marketing unit, GTM, Sales & Onboarding, Product, Data.. to ensure the execution of your strategy, and maximization of its impact.
- Leverage generative AI tools for competitive analysis, topic research and vetting ideas
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments, and integrate findings into ongoing optimization strategies.

You could be our next team mate if you:
- have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success in managing websites with millions of pages.
- speak native proficiency in German and fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- are autonomous and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- have familiarity with SEO tools and platforms such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Botify, or similar tools.
- have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field

- have additional certifications in SEO or digital marketing
- are familiar with SQL in complex environments
- have agile project management skills
