YOUR IMPACT

  • Lead large infrastructure projects in public and private cloud that enable applications to run in reliable, efficient, and scalable environments.
  • Engage in shaping the private cloud infrastructure platform through architecture design, automation and best practices.
  • Design, implement, test and deliver Disaster Recovery and High Availability strategies as well as "Infrastructure as Code" and CI/CD pipelines for automation.
  • Participate in on-call support to respond to availability incidents and prevent incidents from ever happening by running blameless Post-mortems.
  • Work towards the reduction of Toil on a daily basis.
  • Mentor and develop other SRE team members into senior roles and organize training or knowledge sharing initiatives within the organization.

THIS IS YOU

We believe that Senior Engineers are leaders in their teams and make an impact with everything they do, from technical tasks to teamwork. ​To succeed in this role, we believe you should possess:

  • Confidence in driving cross-team infrastructure engineering initiatives.
  • Excellent practical knowledge with AWS Services, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible.
  • Good knowledge of Linux-based operating systems (Ubuntu), CI/CD pipelines, Message Queues, and web-based applications.
  • Experience with DNS, DHCP, SSH, TCP/IP, HTTP, and other common network protocols.
  • Experience in deployment and operations of Storage, and VMWare platform solutions.
  • And last but not least: communication skills. You know how to present your ideas and listen to feedback, whether it’s with your whole team, your manager, a mentee, or a peer. English proficiency is required.
