Doctolib is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to keep Doctolib production systems running smoothly. You will also be a key-player to support the exponential growth of Doctolib services.

What you will do

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Doctolib, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our services. 

Your role: 

  • Design, build and maintain core infrastructure pieces that allow Doctolib scaling to support hundreds of thousands of concurrent users.
  • Automate deployment, scaling, and management of services to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Implement and improve monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes to identify and address potential issues before they impact both practitioners and patients.
  • Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies to ensure system resilience.
  • Be part of the on-call schedule to respond to incidents in a proactive and efficient manner.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our systems and processes.

You could be our next team mate if you: 

  • Have a strong hands-on experience (5y+) on a production platform, if possible at scale.
  • Have proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. 
  • Have solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker and Kubernetes).
  • Have proficiency in at least one programming language (Ruby, Python, Go, Java, etc.) and understanding of infrastructure as code principles.
  • Have an experience with monitoring and observability tools
  • Like troubleshooting performance issues in complex environments.
  • Speak English
