As Senior Social Manager, you’ll be the trusted social voice onsite with one of our key clients in Nashville. The right candidate for this role will know how to speak to social strategy while also knowing how to develop and execute killer content concepts that can move the needle in a regulated digital communication space.

Our new hires & employees are the future of our organization, and we want to set you up for long-term success.  In an effort to do so, we expect our team to work from an office a minimum of 3 days a week.    

You will: 

  • Identify, plan, and coordinate execution of content concepts with both internal content creation teams and external production partners that helps our client achieve business goals
  • Coordinate closely with client social leads to better understand pain points and opportunities to improve a social operation in the middle stages of transformation and maturity
  • Directly manage our client’s brand social accounts in partnership with a Community Manager
  • Organize the brand’s social content calendar
  • Brief the internal creative team every month on content development needs, requirements, and strategic opportunities

You have: 

  • 4-6 years experience managing brand social accounts with progressively increased responsibilities
  • A strategic mindset with practical, creative understanding – you can SPEAK “creative” regardless of whether or not you’re making it
  • Organizational skills – you can pace the work to make ideas come to life
  • A keen attention to detail – you can provide thorough creative QA

You may have:

  • Automotive experience is considered an additional asset
  • Experience with Emplifi considered a bonus – experience with any third-party social media management platform preferred
