• Implement independently or in a group, complex user stories, and technical tasks that may require a large amount of refactoring and difficult judgment calls.
• Determine the complexity of new features and ideas, providing accurate estimates for development timelines.
• Manage technical debt effectively, refactoring code where necessary to enhance readability, maintainability, and performance.
• Conduct internal training and advise to other engineers to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of the team. Guide others through the implementation of moderate tasks, ensuring adherence to intermediate programming practices.
• Keen interest in understanding kubernetes cluster deployments.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in software development
• Expert knowledge of Python and related frameworks including Django and Flask.
• Knowledge of REST APIS and Http Protocols
• Sound knowledge of distributed systems,clsuters, cloud computing.
• Excellent coding, debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools Git/Gerrit etc.,CI CD pipeline
• Knowledge of Modern Data pipelines, ETL processes
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes
• Containerization using Docker
• [Nice to have]: Working knowledge of DevOps and DataOps practices.

• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve very complex technical issues efficiently.
• Experience in setting up and using CI/CD pipelines.
• IaaC using Terraform
• Expertise in common Cloud technologies, preferably AWS
• Keen interest in understanding kubernetes cluster deployments.
• Cherishes being part of self-driven, self-improving development team.
