What you’ll do

We are looking for a Sr Software Engineer to join the TIGAH team in our Patient Relationship Management domain

As a Sr Software Engineer, your mission will be to work on the scheduling stream. You will be working in a feature team working on Documents Management, User management, Appointment Rules Management for Practitioners and Patient Qualification.

We work both on the existing code and creating new engines when needed.

We are working closely in the team, and strive to have closer collaboration with pair- and mob-programming sessions. We use SCRUM with two-weeks sprints and strive to make the team autonomous and self-sufficient. We heavily rely on the automated testing and expect our new members to share this passion with us.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • You will participate in both the discovery and delivery phases of product development.
  • In close collaboration with the product manager and your teammates, you will be developing the Ruby on Rails monolith with the React (Typescript) frontend.
  • We also expect you to share your knowledge proactively via pair- and mob-programming sessions. As our capability should be an independent part of the system - you will be also working on some of the infrastructure topics, like observability (metrics/alerts in DataDog) and scalability.
Who you are

  • At least 5 years experience in Software Engineering
  • You write test-driven pragmatically engineered code
  • Proactive, involved, curious, and collaborative
  • You are fluent in English
