About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Growth Team within the Business Performance Domain. As a Senior Software Engineer, your mission will be to work on Doctolib's growth. You will be part of a feature team focused on developing excellent user experiences, referral programs, trial sessions, and showing clear value propositions for our products.
Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of healthcare teams and patients. We operate in agile feature teams, collaborating closely with product, design, and business teams.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement features that improve healthcare access for patients.
- Take a leading role within the team and contribute to establishing a technical vision that ensures the performance, security, and usability of the application.
- Apply your expertise and past experiences to continuously improve how we design, implement, test, and monitor high-quality features.
- Enhance the performance of key features implemented in React (TypeScript/Javascript) and Ruby on Rails, sometimes by completely challenging the status quo.
- Take leadership in delivering roadmap items (together with the team).
- Our solutions are built on a single fully cloud-native platform that supports web and mobile app interfaces, multiple languages, and is adapted to country and healthcare specialty requirements. To address these challenges, we are modularizing our platform to run in a distributed architecture through reusable components.
- Our stack is composed of Rails, TypeScript, Java, Python, Kotlin, Swift, and React Native.

- You have at least 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- You are proactive, curious, collaborative, and eager to learn.
- You are a full-stack developer with strong knowledge of both backend and frontend. Our stack is Javascript/Typescript and Ruby on Rails / Kotlin, but any experience with similar frameworks is welcomed and valued.
- You have a "user first" mindset and are committed to building a product that delivers value to its users through secure, well-tested, and pragmatic code.
- You are highly focused on code quality and have a rigorous testing culture.
- You're curious about leveraging AI.
