We are looking for Senior S&OP Manager to join our Global Supply Chain Planning and support us on Analyze and refine forecasting methods to enhance accuracy, establish KPIs for tracking performance, and implement solutions to address any identified gaps or inefficiencies.

• Demand Segmentation
• Classify Products: Analyse historical and forecast data to classify products according to their demand patterns for more effective inventory management and forecasting strategies.
• Forecast Requirements
• Supplier requirements: Gather feedback and demand signals from key suppliers to understand forecast needs at a category level.
• Internal Requirements: Gather supply chain-specific forecasting requirements, considering both international and local perspectives. 
• Integrate Requirements: Ensure supply planning forecasting requirements & constraints are integrated into the forecasting process and considered in menu planning processes.
• Track and Update Requirements: Continuously track and update forecasting requirements to align with supply chain needs.
• Forecasting & Accuracy 
• Drive Industry Best Practices: Collaborate with Analytics and Tech teams to develop and promote the adoption of industry best practices in forecasting.
• Partner with local SC Planning teams and Center of Excellence to identify improvement potentials on forecasting related processes and potentials for improving accuracy
• Collaborate with the Analytics and Tech teams to refine these forecasts, ensuring they align with supply chain requirements and drive the adoption of best practices in forecasting.Forecast Accuracy Metrics: Establish and track forecast accuracy metrics, such as WAPE, to continuously measure and improve forecasting performance.
• Detect Forecast Swings & Bias Trends: Monitor for significant deviations in forecasts, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to ensure demand fulfilment.
• Establish KPI Reports: Create and maintain KPI  reports to easily identify gaps, trends, and swings in forecasting accuracy.
• Implement S&OP Cycle: Establish and maintain an industry-standard S&OP cycle across markets, ensuring alignment of marketing efforts and supply constraints with demand forecasts.
• Stakeholder Communication: Ensure clear communication and reporting of forecast data, assumptions, and outcomes to all relevant stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Training and Development: Provide training and support to local teams on best practices in demand planning to ensure consistency and accuracy across regions

• Demand Planning Experience: Hands-on experience with forecasting and supply chain management.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication Skills: Effective in collaborating with teams and presenting complex information.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled with forecasting tools and software and data visualization
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the relevant industry for better demand insights.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
• Advanced Analytical Tools: Familiarity with advanced analytics or machine learning tools.
• S&OP Experience: Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning processes.
