Why We Have This Role
The People Analytics team is growing as Qualtrics evolves. We use people data to inform and provide insights to decision-makers across the company. The analyst does this through the creation and dissemination of dashboards, reports, and other visual and statistical data products. The analyst explores opportunities for improving, calibrating, and automating analyses to the company. The analyst meets regularly with company stakeholders to understand the needs of senior leaders and the organization at large regarding issues affecting the Humans of Qualtrics. The analyst leverages all opportunities for learning and personal growth, as this makes the analyst a greater asset to the People Analytics team and the company at large.

- Identify business challenges by partnering with stakeholders across the people team to propose strategic solutions.
- Conduct assessments to understand stakeholder’s people analytics needs, generate bespoke proposals, deliver findings, and communicate action-oriented recommendations.
- Partner with People Analytics data scientists to build analytics products and craft insights that empower people teammates.
- Design people analytics processes, governance, workflows, and delivery models to help us deliver rigorous insights at scale.
- Evaluate people operations and programs for performance and effectiveness.
- Identify the moments that matter in the employee lifecycle and communicate strategic opportunities for growth to decision-makers.
- 0-3 years of experience in people data, data analytics, or similar, with a preference for exposure to People Analytics
- Degree in human resources, business administration, economics, statistics, data science, industrial-organizational psychology, or related field.
- Ability to analyze, manipulate, or process large sets of data.
- Ability to generate standard or custom reports summarizing people data insights for review by executives, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Familiarity with: Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, Tableau / PowerBI , Snaplogic / SQL, Python, MATLAB, R (and standard libraries), Qualtrics RC & EX products (Employee Engagement, 360, Lifecycle.
- The People Analytics team at Qualtrics supports the People team at large and the business with actionable, data driven insights surrounding our workforce
- Team members on the People Analytics team are strategic advisors to leadership and are pivotal in enabling Qualtrics to improve engagement, retain employees, hire top talent, and uplift the employee experience overall.
