Senior Strategic Partnership Manager

Lyft is looking for a Senior Strategic Partner Manager to launch, manage, and scale key platform partnerships for Lyft. These partnerships spread across a number of verticals including payments, ecosystem partnership, rewards, and loyalty. In this role, you will join a team that loves consumer technology, business strategy, building new opportunities, and growing relationships. You will be on the leading edge of helping shape Lyft’s direction and the future of transportation.
Responsibilities:- Launch, manage, and grow strategic partners to align with and exceed Lyft’s objectives and key metrics
- Build and share learnings and best practices based on partner performance and effectiveness
- Scale partnership programs that drive rides, market share, and rider/driver preference
- Develop and maintain cross functional relationships across the company and act as a liaison between Lyft and partner organizations
- Own all reporting of the strategic segment
- Participate in regular business reviews with leadership and stakeholders
- Drive quarterly business reviews with partners to align on upcoming opportunities
- Act as a primary point of contact for strategic partners to ensure partner support and satisfaction
- Represent partners internally and Lyft externally with partners’ management teams and at industry events
- 8+ years of business development, strategy, and/or program management experience
- Strong understanding and interest in Lyft and competitive landscape
- Prior experience with two-sided marketplaces
- Technical knowledge of product integrations
- Highly analytical, strategic thinker and data driven, but also a creative problem solver
- Ability to make thoughtful, actionable recommendations under minimal structure, and quickly build consensus with internal and external stakeholders

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.
The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $156,375 - $173,750. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
