Our Opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst at our facility in Boston, MA to own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key decisions and process improvements.

What You’ll Do: 

• Work closely with the Operations and Supply Chain team in areas including network planning and design, capacity planning, customer experience and backlog management, continuously optimizing for customer experience and fulfillment efficiency.
• Provide all levels of the company with updates on Supply Chain Planning metrics, including ongoing analysis and interpretation of data.
• Present information verbally, as well as in written reports.
• Interface with other technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and various technological platforms.
• Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.
• Analyze and solve problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context.
• Improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for secondary data sets.
• Telecommuting permitted.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, and 4 years of experience in planning, forecasting and/or Supply Chain.
• Experience must include 4 years in the following: dealing with results, metrics, and data with a desire to create new processes;
• SQL Expertise;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Access; and
• Knowledge of data warehousing.
• Experience must also include: Tableau expertise, Git hub expertise;
• Working experience with Python and R.
