YOUR MISSION

Glovo is looking for a  Senior Support Account Management to Top Accounts. Join us and play a key role in supporting and developing the largest restaurant partners in the market!

THE JOURNEY

  • Support Account Managers in their daily work and act proactively.
  • Assist with partner operations, such as creating and cross-checking tasks for the content team, setting up profiles for new locations, and updating menus
  • Manage and update CRM tools daily (e.g., Salesforce, Kustomer), ensuring accurate partner data
  • Track and report basic performance metrics - GMV, Orders, AOV, Courier Waiting Time, Bad Rates.
  • Participate in the meetings with partners and 
  • Track and report competitors activities. 
  • Coordinate cross-department tasks by liaising with different teams within the company.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive environment that fosters growth, development, and real impact.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in fields like business administration, account management, sales support, key account assistant, etc.
  • You are a graduate (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree)
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude and high engagement in daily tasks.
  • Good command of both written and spoken Polish and English.
  • Knowledge of Google work environment  - Looker, Google Sheets. 
  • CRM system knowledge  (Salesforce, Kustomer) is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
