About the role

Our primary focus is attracting top talent and empowering them to excel. We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Senior Recruiter for an 12-month contract to support the growth of our Tech teams. We value solution-oriented self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are passionate about making a meaningful impact.

Your role will involve partnering strategically with hiring managers to design and implement tailored recruitment strategies, ensuring the successful acquisition of exceptional candidates, primarily through active sourcing. You'll collaborate closely with our People Business Partners, Coordinators, and various business leaders to drive the growth and success of our Tech Teams.

What you'll do:

  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering guidance, market insights, and best practices to shape effective hiring strategies.

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from developing customized hiring plans with your stakeholders to sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent.

  • Diversity & Inclusion: Work closely with hiring teams to enhance the attraction and hiring of a diverse range of candidates, championing inclusive processes at every step.

  • Creative Sourcing: Utilize creative sourcing techniques, with a heavy emphasis on direct outreach via LinkedIn and other platforms, to identify and engage highly qualified candidates for our cybersecurity and network security sales teams.

  • Pipeline Management: Proactively manage and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline, ensuring data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse) and providing regular, insightful updates to internal stakeholders.

  • Project Leadership: Collaborate with the wider recruiting team on key initiatives and hiring projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition function.

 

What you'll bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth tech or SaaS company.

  • Direct experience hiring for Tech roles, with a strong preference for experience in the network security or cybersecurity sales domain.

  • Proven expertise in active sourcing and candidate engagement using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Demonstrated experience driving diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruiting process and helping to build diverse, high-performing teams.

  • Strong influencing skills and a solution-oriented, results-driven mindset.

  • The ability to be proactive and resourceful, identifying and addressing potential hiring bottlenecks before they arise.

  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • A highly collaborative nature and the ability to thrive in a team-based environment.
