Our Opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager at our facility in Boston, MA, to own the production support, and migration of legacy implementations to our latest offering.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Set priorities and own the roadmap for our 3rd party Customer Service CRM applications.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders and continuously make sure your team is delivering according to the constantly growing needs of the business.
  • Work with engineering team to resolve bottlenecks to help deliver defect remediation with priority.
  • Coordinate activities across different organizational functions for initiatives.
  • Review and report on system stability and progress toward inflight changes.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on ongoing change, roadmap progress and upcoming initiatives.
  • Own following tickets through the development process and actively communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Measure, report, and continuously improve the scrum team’s effectiveness via product-ownership and coaching.
  • Local telecommuting permitted.
  • 5% domestic travel required.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Technical Product Management.
  • Experience must also include the following: software development technologies, including IDE’s, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Docker;
  • system integration, databases, or business intelligence;
  • Agile experience (as a Scrum Master or Product Owner);
  • Performing business requirements analysis and design;
  • Identifying and mitigating development and implementation risks;
  • Javascript;
  • Java;
  • Salesforce or Pardot;
  • Building retail/ecommerce solutions;
  • CI/CD processes and release management;
  • Jira;
  • The setup of Kanban and Scrum boards;
  • Defining workflows for ticket progression and epic creation;
  • Executing Jira reports to understand burn down and backlog depth;
  • Quantifying the business value of software implementations by defining metrics based on implementation goals and relating them to larger organizational progress;
  • Creating and delivering presentations from ideation, agenda creation, presenter selection, presenter preparation, scheduling, and follow up;
  • Creating slideshows or documents to inform internal decision making;
  • Creating detailed spreadsheets which include formula references across multiple sheets, named tables, pivot tables, and function usage.
  • Must also have Product Owner Certification.
  • Local telecommuting permitted.
  • 5% domestic travel required.
