As a Senior Product Manager, you will define the vision and future of our consumption business using Salesforce platform. TechOps sits at the intersection of every business unit and delivers mission critical services, solutions and information to Stakeholders across the entire company. 

This role can be based out of our New York City office or remotely in the North America region.

The right candidate for this role will 
  • Help drive our CPQ  transformation Product roadmap by aligning with business priorities, creating and presenting a framework to transform the existing CPQ implementation.
  • This role should have technical acumen and Salesforce.com platform knowledge to be able to do basic CPQ configurations, put together a solution via POC, and document high level use cases.
  • Provide technical guidance and execution on technology decisions with the various delivery teams organized under different PODs. This includes directing, evaluating, and monitoring the progress of product development and facilitating discussions with various stakeholders and system integrators around business objectives, functionality, and product deployment.
  • Use data to prioritize and discover opportunities and support decision-making
  • Design user journeys and processes with business stakeholders.
  • Develop user stories working closely with designers, product owners, leadership, and stakeholders to bring great ideas to life
  • Define KPIs, measure success by tracking KPIs and adaptation of the key features and business value. 
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently- coordinate product release communications and drive transformational change.
  • Prepare technical implementation and testing in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, by creating products that will make a profound impact on the user.
Requirements
  • Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and work in a fast paced environment with many initiatives. 
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to drive quick decisions via working demos and POCs on Salesforce.com platform.
  • Ability to manage a variety of business, IT and vendor resources including managing vendor deliverables based on agreed contracts and statements of work.
  • One or more Salesforce.com certification(s) is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to take a project from inception to implementation.
  • 7+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem as Product manager, Solution/functional architecture or a Lead owning one or more products in an Agile, SaaS Technology environment and other equivalent methodology.
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce CPQ (STEELBRICK), building solutions for Consumption/Subscription based business models.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of implementation methodologies and different product development approaches and preferably, hands-on experience working on Salesforce.com platform.

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. MongoDB’s base salary range for this role in the U.S. is:$129,000—$190,000 USD
