Looking for a senior, dynamic software test engineer proficient in both automation andmanual testing methodologies, who is equally engaged and eager to test the softwaremanually and also automate the stable features across products.

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and implementation
• Identify the test conditions and develop detailed, comprehensive test cases with hybrid test design techniques
• Take full ownership in planning and executing manual test cases, reporting defects, track issues to resolution and deployment to production
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify possible issues not covered by test cases
• Analyse test results, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects in a timely manner, leveraging both manual and automated testing approaches.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright framework for regression testing across all products.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and work proactively to automate repetitive manual testing tasks, while ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Proactive in following on automation best practices and coding standards.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in testing processes and procedures.

• Ability to adapt and learn to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a equal emphasis on manual & automation methods of testing
• Experience with manual testing methodologies/types, including test case design, test execution, and defect management, with the ability to switch between manual and automated testing approaches as needed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and exhibit ownership.
• Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks, like Playwright, Selenium, cypress or similar tools.
• Solid programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java, with experience in building automation frameworks and scripts
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• ISTQB foundation level certification will be an added advantage
