We are seeking an experienced Senior UI Engineer (SUIE) ready to take the next step in their career and make a lasting impact. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join an organization with an outstanding product, operation, and culture, and be a foundational contributor to a best-in-class infrastructure software engineering team.
Reporting to the Team Lead, you will lead by example—driving strong individual contributions, promoting best practices, and sharing technical and domain expertise. You’ll play a key role in short-term planning and collaborative design reviews, while actively participating in Pull Request feedback to strengthen team quality and alignment. Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Participate in design workshops to translate customer requirements into clear, actionable acceptance tests that align with product goals.
- Prioritize and plan deliverables within a two-week scrum cycle, incorporating one week for regression testing to support a continuous deployment environment.
- Design, document, develop, and test technical solutions for new systems or feature enhancements, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated product or application issues, driving timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with a distributed development team across the US and Asia to ensure alignment, knowledge sharing, and seamless execution.
- Tackle performance and architectural challenges at a deep technical level, contributing to scalable and efficient solutions.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science or Math preferred.
- 6+ years of software development experience in commercial or enterprise applications.
- 3+ years of full-time experience in JavaScript development using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular). Experience with TypeScript and state management is a plus.
- Familiarity with functional programming, particularly with Ramda or similar libraries.
- Expertise in implementing and optimizing agile development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery methodologies.
- Experience contributing to complex web applications, testing components, and collaborating in a shared code repository.
- Proficient with browser debugging tools for layout, process inspection, and network analysis.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:$130,900—$170,000 USD
