Our customers build trust with their users through improved transparency and control to drastically improve marketing and monetization, while achieving full privacy compliance.As our Senior Web Designer, you’ll be responsible for the visual design of our customer-facing websites: usercentrics.com and cookiebot.com (both web and mobile versions).This role is not for a product designer - we are specifically looking for someone with strong experience in website UI design, visual storytelling, and motion/animation design.Only applications with a portfolio showcasing website design will be considered!This is a freelance position of up to 120 hours per month.

Your Tasks

• Design visually appealing and functional website pages for our two customer-facing websites: usercentrics.com and cookiebot.com
• Collaborate with UX designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that enhance usability.
• Create engaging, intuitive, and conversion-driven website interfaces
• Execute all design stages from concept to final handoff to developers
• Develop and implement interaction design and animations (e.g. Lottie, Rive, After Effects) to enhance the user experience
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, and content creators, to deliver design solutions that drive conversion
• Comfortable to present design concepts to stakeholders, articulating design rationale and incorporating feedback.
• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability

You Bring

• Proven experience in web design
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, layout, and branding for websites
• Expertise in motion and animation design (Lottie, Rive, After Effects)
• High proficiency in Figma and up-to-date with the latest features and technologies
• Ability to present designs effectively and communicate concepts clearly to stakeholders, including executives
• Knowledge of the technical capabilities and constraints of WordPress
• Fluent in English

Nice to have's:

• Experience in B2B SaaS website design
• Familiarity with A/B testing and analytics to optimize UI performance
