We are looking for a Senior Web Developer (Full Stack) to lead our Web Development team!

As a Senior Web Developer, you will be responsible for building and managing web pages and various website applications. You will be leading a team of 2 Junior Web Developers. You will also be collaborating with the other team members such as the Studio Content Team as well as the Design Team to refine the website and fix the technical issues. Your overall goal will be to provide user information solutions by creating web pages and apps. What you’ll be doing:

  • Analyse user requirements and define website objectives
  • Collaborate with the team of developers, and set timelines for the project
  • Assign tasks to the team members
  • Write the code for various applications of a website, if required
  • Design website layouts in Contentful
  • Work with designers to ensure a high-quality user experience
  • Manage and update the documentation to support users
  • Monitor the work of junior developers and train them
  • Evaluate the performance of the team and suggest improvements for their growth
  • Support the web application developers and guide them as required
  • Keep yourself updated with the latest web development practices

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
  • Proven 7-10 years of experience working as a Web Developer, Web Programmer or a similar role
  • Familiarity with programming languages like HTML, HTML 5, CSS 3, XML and Javascript
  • Advanced working knowledge of various website development techniques
  • Solid understanding of software architecture and software development fundamentals
  • Advanced understanding of UI Prototyping tools
  • Ability to lead a team of developers, and manage multiple tasks 
  • Great interpersonal skills, and advanced oral and written communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and advanced problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Exceptional time management abilities
