Why We Have This Role

We are looking for a Website Production Specialist to plan, coordinate, and execute web marketing and development projects on Qualtrics.com. This person will play a crucial role in building and launching web pages and assets, as well as serving as an administrator of our content management systems. They will have a direct impact on the success of our digital marketing campaigns and will work closely with our web engineering team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and aligned with our global digital standards. By monitoring and analyzing website performance, they will contribute to improving our customer journey and driving growth. This role requires someone with strong project management, technical skills and attention to detail and a hunger for growth. They will collaborate with various teams, including Demand Generation, SEO, Web Development, and Paid Search, to support our website marketing initiatives.   • Strong project management skills. Your ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects with competing deadlines will be crucial for success. You will need to effectively plan, coordinate, and execute web marketing and development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

You will work with global business stakeholders and the web engineering team, as well as collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Demand Generation, SEO, Web Development, and Paid Search. Your ability to communicate effectively and influence others will help build trust and facilitate collaboration.
  • Attention to detail. A strong attention to detail is critical in ensuring the success of web marketing and development projects. You will need to perform thorough quality assurance (QA) to ensure that all assets and project components are completed and meet quality standards before launch.
  • Analytical mindset. Understanding digital analytics is important for monitoring and analyzing website performance. Having a strong understanding of web analytics platforms and experience with tools like Google Analytics will enable you to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, inform design decisions, and optimize website performance.

Things You’ll Do

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute web marketing and development projects in collaboration with global digital and business stakeholders
  • Build and launch web pages and assets for Qualtrics’ digital marketing campaigns and promotion, serving as an administrator of content management systems
  • Oversee website content, including content and conversion
  • Work cross functionally with Demand Generation, SEO, Web Development, and Paid Search to support various website marketing initiatives
  • Use web analytics platforms and other tools to monitor and analyze website performance
  • Proactively solve problems and navigate challenges in the web development process, while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards.

 

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in a related field (e.g. Marketing, Business, Computer Science, etc.)
  • Strong project management skills– including the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Familiar with project management tools such as Jira and Coda (preferred)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD)
  • Experience with SEO best practices (preferred)
  • WordPress or Drupal experience (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics and experience with digital analytics (Google Analytics preferred)
  • Basic understanding of HTML & CSS
  • Understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems, Marketo (preferred)
  • A do-whatever-it-takes attitude to deliver exceptional quality on-time and on budget
