Overview:

You would be joining a global service desk team that is responsible for deskside support for the entire global organization. Our team members are dispersed across the entire globe and this will be a primarily remote position (occasional project-related travel will be expected). 

You’ll be joining the IT Help Desk Organization. The team is embedded within a larger Global Technologies Organization that is responsible for building internal automation products, managing off-the-shelf tool deployments, and IT-related engineering efforts. Within the IT Help Desk organization, you’ll be engaged with your sister teams to accomplish larger level goals.

 

You will:
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly close processes, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Perform monthly analysis on high-risk vendors and accounts payable subledger.
  • Assist in the preparation of VAT filings.
  • Facilitate payments and liaise with vendors for specific entities.
  • Take on special projects and other day to day bookkeeping.
  • Participate in the implementation and optimization of various new systems and processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of supporting schedules for quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Interact with external auditors in completing the quarterly reviews and annual audits of the SEC financials and other filings.
  • Maintain documentation supporting SOX compliance.
  • Assistance with multiple other corporate accounting, financial reporting and technical accounting functions.
You have:
  • 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • 1+ years of experience at a large public accounting firm
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English 
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, Israel taxation and SOX regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills (data collection and modeling, what-if scenarios).
  • Strong Excel skills (formula design, pivot tables, charts).
  • Familiarity with SAP General Ledger system, Concur, or Hyperion/HFM/FCC a plus.
