About The RoleYou’ll be working directly with the ThousandEyes TAM business owners to help facilitate smooth business functions. You’ll be responsible for coordinating communication between the business and field teams - project managers, account team representatives, and channel partners. You’ll need to understand the TAM services offerings, how they’re delivered, sales motions, and use case requirements. You’ll help the TAM engineers to deliver the projects in a timely manner. You’ll have the opportunity to create field facing collateral about the services business and present it to key stakeholders.
What You’ll Do- Act as a central point of contact between TAM and project management teams within the region.
- Facilitate communication between services engineers and field teams.
- Plan, schedule, and facilitate meetings across the business.
- Drive team insights through creating and managing project engagement reports.
- Help the sales field teams understand the TAM offerings, ordering, and delivery flows.
- Provide general administrative support to the management teams.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Build deep domain expertise, business knowledge and understanding of different operating models
- Work with Cross functional teams and manage across different reporting chains
- Must have administrative experience in participating as a key member in a cross-functional team and/or international projects or programs
- Ability to work in matrix organizations, prioritize what is meaningful to business
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce.
