We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Administrator to join our IT team. The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, ITIL processes, and excellent troubleshooting abilities. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation, security, and compliance of the ServiceNow environment while providing support and training to users.

 

About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

  • Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies and notifications  to automate processes within ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Knowledge Management.
  • Implement and manage approvals, notifications, and other system-generated tasks, and  create & maintain service catalog items.
  • Provide support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving any platform-related issues.
  • Incident and Problem Resolution: Address and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform in a timely manner, Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
  • System Maintenance and Upgrades: Monitor system performance and address any issues to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access control.

 

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

  • 3+ years of experience administering ServiceNow
  • Minimum CSA Certification
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and participating in Sprint cycles
  • Module Knowledge: ITSM, ITAM, ITOM

 

Special sauce* (nice to haves):

  • Module Knowledge: IRM, GRC, SAM
  • UX or UI educational or professional experience
  • Experience building, configuring, and deploying major modules at a large scale
  • App Integration knowledge

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.Pay Range$68,000—$109,000 USD
