THE ROLEJoin our development team as a ServiceNow Developer to implement and enhance core enterprise business applications. You'll be the hands-on expert responsible for translating business requirements into effective, automated solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role provides a clear mission: deliver reliable and streamlined processes for our stakeholders, collaborate with team members on solution design, and drive continuous improvement through expert-level development and scripting.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Develop and Implement Solutions: Build, configure, and maintain functional and complete automated solutions using native ServiceNow capabilities, including Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Workflows.
- Integrate Core Systems: Use REST and SOAP APIs to implement and support integrations between the ServiceNow platform and other critical organizational systems, ensuring data integrity and reliable process orchestration.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents and defects related to ServiceNow applications, applying solid development best practices and effective debugging techniques.
- Contribute to Design and Documentation: Collaborate with Business Analysts and more senior team members to finalize solution designs and ensure all new development and maintenance work is thoroughly documented for knowledge transfer and long-term system maintainability.
- Core ServiceNow Development Skills: Proven, hands-on ability to effectively utilize key ServiceNow platform elements, including Access Control Lists (ACLs), Script Includes, Transform Maps, and Update Sets, to meet specified requirements.
- ITSM/ESM Application Experience: Functional knowledge and demonstrable experience with hands-on configuration and development within core ServiceNow applications (e.g., IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), or Employee Service Management (ESM)).
- API and Integration Proficiency: Experience developing and maintaining reliable connections between ServiceNow and external platforms using modern integration protocols like REST/SOAP.
- Independent Problem-Solving: Ability to work on moderately difficult assignments, requiring good judgment and initiative to resolve a wide range of issues independently and effectively.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
