About the role:

The Share Plans Implementation Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of a share plans administration system, meeting our objectives while adhering to timeline constraints.The role of a Share Plans Implementation Project Manager involves overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of the new implementation of a share plans administration platform. 

What you’ll be working on:

  • Project Planning: Developing a comprehensive project plan outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones for the implementation process.
  • Data review and audit: Ensuring data quality, identifying inconsistencies in existing data (share option grants and financial expensing), standardising formats. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Engaging with key stakeholders, including senior management, People, Legal, Finance, Supplier Ops and IT teams, to ensure alignment and support throughout the project.
  • Managing Vendor Due Diligence: managing internal stakeholders and timelines for the vendor due diligence and contract negotiation processes.
  • Customisation and Configuration: Working with the vendor or internal IT teams to customise and configure the share plans administration platform according to our needs and specifications.
  • Data Migration: Planning and overseeing the migration of existing share plan data from a legacy system to the new platform, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Developing and executing test plans to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of the new share plans administration platform, addressing any issues or defects identified during testing.
  • Training and Change Management: Developing and delivering training programs to educate users on how to use the new share plans administration system effectively, and managing change communication to facilitate a smooth transition.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may arise during the implementation process, proactively addressing challenges to keep the project on track.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining comprehensive documentation of project activities, milestones, and decisions, and providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.

You should apply if:

  • You have experience in data analytics or system migration/configuration and want to step up to a project management role. 
  • You have experience in running share plan operations (not essential) and you would like to run a project, working as part of our friendly, fast paced and collaborative team whilst getting exposure to senior stakeholders. 
  • You have advanced Excel skills, very good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • You have ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Technical expertise in operating share plans is desirable but not essential.

  • Full loop: Technical and behavioural interviews
