Working closely with the Site Lead and the Hub Leadership Team, you'll have a seat at the table, actively contributing to the Hub's strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: Oversee activities at the Site, ranging from day-to-day activities to strategic initiatives. 
  • Project Management: Propose, lead and coordinate projects, activities and events related to the Hub’s strategic goals, touching s¡areas such as Engagement Culture and Career Development. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the objectives. .
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster and role-model collaboration across various internal teams and departments to support Site’s needs and initiatives.
  • Budget and Cost Management: Develop and manage Site budgets, track expenses, and optimize costs to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for Site-related inquiries, issues, and updates. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed.
  • External Engagement: Drive engagement with the Madrid and wider Spanish public - from coordinating and hosting Meet Ups to Brand Awareness Activities.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of Site operations. Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in Site management or project management, preferably in a technology or corporate environment (preferable.)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the Site.
  • Proficient in using computer applications, including presentation software and spreadsheets.
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new office tools and project management software.
  • Experience with budget management and cost analysis(preferable.)
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactivity and demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate teams towards common goals.
  • Strong commitment to quality, excellence, and continuous improvement in Site operations and customer service.

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven capability to work autonomously and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English

Desirable:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
