Our Opportunity:

Chewy is looking for a Site Merchandising Manager to join our team, based in Seattle/Boston. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the shopping experience for Chewy customers across some of the highest traffic pages onsite. You will use customer insights to develop content strategies that drive new customer acquisition and retention, develop a test and learn roadmap for content experimentation to optimize the customer onsite shopping experience, author content to the site, and own data analysis and reporting. You are a critical thinker, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create a “best-in-class” site experience for customers
  • Manage content strategies and author content to the site
  • Drive utilizing segmentation and scalable content placement
  • Use web analytics and data to inform ongoing site experience improvements and content optimization that drive awareness and engagement with Chewy’s products and service programs
  • Drive continuous learning and onsite experience excellence through iterative content experimentation

What You’ll Need:

  • College degree in business-related field
  • 4+ years work experience, with 2+ years in ecommerce and content management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally
  • Demonstrate a data-driven approach to problem solving and prioritization

Bonus (if applicable):

  • Experience in e-commerce back-end operations and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with SQL and advanced Excel capabilities

Compensation & Benefits: 

Our salary range for a Site Merchandising Manager position is $95,500.00 - $152,500.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) while salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO). Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
