Work timing (US Shift - PST timezone): 8:30 PM - 5:30 AM (IST)
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines by closely working with developers and QAs. You will be responsible for automating the deployment process from development environments to production and also owning the monitoring of the pipelines in the production environment.
What you’ll do:- Responsible for maintaining the reliability and scalability of our infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation across various environments.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to automate and optimize deployment pipelines, improve system performance, and respond to operational incidents.
- Implement best practices, enhance monitoring and alerting systems, and help ensure our infrastructure is resilient and cost-efficient.
- Solve real-world challenges, including participating in on-call rotations, diagnosing critical system issues, and contributing to long-term infrastructure improvements
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Experience with scripting languages like Bash or Python.
- Experience with core AWS/GCP services.
- Solid understanding of SRE principles and quick problem-resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates initiative and the ability to take ownership of tasks with minimal oversight.
- Experience with GitLab CI implementations.
- Familiarity with Golang, particularly in developing internal tools.
- Proficiency in using Datadog for monitoring and PagerDuty for incident management.
