Social Advertising Manager
Chewy is seeking a highly motivated, results oriented and analytical Paid Social Marketing Manager to join our exciting and fast paced company in Boston (MA), Seattle (WA), or Plantation (FL)!
As a Paid Social Marketing Manager you will be responsible for creating, handling and optimizing paid social campaigns across multiple social platforms. You will analyze performance, run diagnostics, draft analyses, run experiments, optimize existing campaigns and build new ones, develop creative strategy, and brief the creative requirement.
You will prioritize the most scalable opportunities and through testing and iteration, accelerate customer awareness, and with innovative upper, mid, and lower funnel campaigns. Quickly run, analyze experiments, and make decisions prioritized by business impact. You will balance marketing and technology experience, as well as business judgment and aptitude.
What You'll Do:- Own project work and support key projects owned by Team Members across the Boston (MA), Seattle (WA), and Plantation (FL) offices for driving the full funnel campaigns across Meta, Youtube, TikTok etc.
- Build campaigns from the ground up, including keyword research, competitive analysis, and ad copy generation and experimentation.
- Monitor campaign performance, perform investigate analysis, and flag opportunities to grow or optimize performance across search marketing tactics.
- Keep our paid social campaigns up to date with the latest and greatest information from the site, from our internal partners, and industry trends/insights.
- Test and optimize upper, mid and lower funnel budgets, campaign structures, objective, and creatives.
- Constantly analyze, experiment, and iterate to improve performance and uncover new opportunities.
- Build new relationships and work in parallel with other subject areas at the company.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, digital marketing or a related discipline
- 4+ years of experience in paid social campaign management across upper, mid and lower funnel campaigns, preferably ecommerce or similar industries.
- Understanding of Meta platform, different optimization, new feature launches.
- Experience with always on test and learn model on paid social media.
- Experience with analytics platforms, working with large dataset to gain insights and make confident recommendations.
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication mathematical, and analytical skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing and specific actions taken as a result.
- Ability to optimally work together with marketers, product managers and engineers alike.
- A tenacious attitude for learning and tackling new challenges, and entrepreneurial / self-starting mentality
- Proven interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently with a backlog of projects and tasks
- Flexibility for periodic travel

Compensation & Benefits:
Our salary range for a Social Advertising Manager position is $87,000.00 - $130,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k, and a new hire and annual equity grant.
