Social Copywriter (FTC - 1 year)
Role: Social Copywriter (FTC - 1 year)
Location: London, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid)
ROLE MISSION
Working in partnership with our client, the Social Copywriter will nail each and every brief, crafting on-point copy across a range of exciting brands, tones of voice and channels. Although you’ll need to be experienced across various forms of B2C and B2B copywriting (social, email, web, OOH, print, product), a strong understanding around all things social is a must. We need someone who has their ear to the ground on all social trends, formats, and platforms. Pushing the creative idea to make our work sing and stand out from the noise, your goal will be to generate ideas and create relevant copy for each ask. As with any traditional Copywriter role, a keen eye for grammar and clean formatting is paramount, as well as the ability to proof-read both your own and others’ work. You will be a strong in presentations skill, and happy to present both internally and externally to clients, where you can bring to life your thoughts and ideas in a clear and concise way.
ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
Joining a small but mighty team of fellow Copywriters and Creatives, you must be a team player (willing to collaborate or jump in), a clear communicator (able to let us know when you’re struggling or have questions, unafraid to chip in on ideas) and most of all, creative (giving us a fresh perspective and new ideas)
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
- Answer a variety of briefs with impactful copy.
- Brainstorm visual and copy ideas, both with a creative partner and solo.
- Have an eagle eye for all things grammar.
- Be able to flex between different advertising and marketing formats. Our main disciplines are social & email, but each day can bring a new challenge, so you must be comfortable writing for various media.
- Act as a guardian of the TOV of your brands, working closely with the team to ensure consistency and accuracy.
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL
- Generate original and impactful ideas, with relevant and engaging copy.
- Can craft copy across all media, adapting your writing style to the different creative outputs.
- Have a genuine love for the idea and pushing the creativity whenever the opportunity arises.
- Are an excellent team player: collaborative and adept at building relationships with everyone both internal and external.
- Are self-motivated, proactive and collaborative, with a positive attitude and great communication skills.
- Have experience in the Wine & Spirits category
