As a Social Media and Content Manager for Betsson LatAm, you will oversee multiple teams across Latam, providing insight, direction, and strategy. The role entails leading the social media strategy, reporting, and content deliverables, in order to ensure that all LatAm local teams follow the brand strategy properly. You also will be responsible for leading the influence marketing strategy in the region, providing insights and recommendations of best practices. The position also requires working collaboratively with marketing teams across Latam to in order to translate business strategies into content strategy.

A Flavour Of What You’ll Be Doing:

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Act as the leader overseeing multiple teams across Latam, providing insight, direction, and strategy.
  • Review all social media strategy, reporting, and content deliverables, in order to ensure that all LatAm local teams follow the brand strategy properly
  • Define and measure goals and KPIs through social media programs for all LatAm markets
  • Lead the influencer marketing strategy for Betsson Latam
  • Lead social media audiovisual content production for Betsson LatAm
  • Work collaboratively with marketing teams across Latam to in order to translate business strategies into content strategy.
  • Creating and implementing best practice processes when it comes to social media, content generation, reporting, pitching, auditing, etc.
  • Researching and recommending new social media tools and/or educational seminars or events that will help the team grow and learn.
  • Work collaboratively with local content agencies across LatAm
  • Know the fundamentals of paid social to collaborate cross functionally with the paid teams.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Post degree or MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Audiovisual production is a plus
  • 8-10 years relevant experience in social media management and/or social media marketing.
  • Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant social media networks.
  • Hands-on experience in content management and creation
  • Proficiency in video editing and post-production platforms (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects)
  • Strong comprehension of online outreach and the ability to formulate effective social engagement strategies
  • Capability to generate creative content (text, images, and videos)
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with online marketing channels
  • Previous experience with sports marketing is a plus.
  • English Proficiency.
