We are on the lookout for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our global content marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media and is eager to lead the charge in elevating our brand across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube. As the maestro of our social media strategy, you will be crafting compelling content, orchestrating our social calendar, and staying ahead of the curve with the latest social trends. Your Tasks- Develop and implement social media strategy: Craft a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand's goals, targets our key audiences, and enhances our online presence.
- Manage content creation & curation: Collaborate with content marketers and creatives as well as other internal and external experts to create and curate engaging text, image, and video content for our social media platforms, ensuring a cohesive and consistent narrative that resonates with our audience, reflects our brand identity and supports marketing goals.
- Orchestrate the social calendar: Plan and maintain a dynamic social content calendar that ensures a consistent and impactful brand message across all platforms.
- Engage with the community: Foster a strong community by engaging with our audience through regular interaction, responding to comments, and participating in relevant discussions.
- Track & analyze performance: Monitor, track, and report on social media performance, utilizing insights to refine strategies, optimize content, and achieve set objectives.
- Proven experience: At least 3 years of experience managing social media platforms for B2B, particularly LinkedIn, Meta, X and Youtube, with a portfolio showcasing successful organic growth strategies. (Please submit it or include a link with your application)
- Educational background: A bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience in the field highlighting a strong foundation in writing and strategic communication.
- Diverse writing skills: Understanding of differences in social channels and content formats used in social media, with the ability to craft compelling written content to match, as well as briefing creative teams on visual content requirements.
- Strategic & analytical skills: Proven capability to utilize social media analytics effectively, not only for tracking performance metrics but also for guiding the development and continuous refinement of social media strategies.
- Collaborative spirit: Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with experience in collaborating with international marketing, sales, and other teams to create cohesive and impactful social content.
- Trend awareness and growth mindset: A passion for learning and a keen eye for identifying and leveraging the latest trends in social media and content marketing to enhance brand presence and engagement.
