About the role

We are seeking a talented social media manager to administer our social media accounts – mainly LinkedIn. You will be responsible for working with the Marketing Content Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to create original text and video content, manage posts, engage with customers and membership bodies and respond to followers. Ultimately, you should be able to boost our social media profile to ensure high referral web traffic and customer engagement.

As a social media manager, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to develop creative ways to express our key messages.

What would you do?
  • Research benchmarks, trends and audience preferences.
  • Design and implement a social media strategy aligned with marketing KPIs.
  • Report on KPIs, including ROI, SEO and web traffic.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content appropriate for our audiences and social channels
  • Engage with colleagues across the business for content ideas.
  • Advise marketing colleagues on effective content for sponsored social media campaigns.
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries, and proactively engage with customers, partners and membership bodies.
  • Oversee social media account profiles, imagery and permanent content.
  • Develop and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like quizzes, questions and interactive activities.
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
Who you are? / What we expect:
  • Experience as a social media manager with demonstrable results in B2B companies.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in using social media management tools like Hootsuite.
The icing on the cake:
  • Experience working within the SaaS industry.
