We run an automation platform that executes millions of workflows every day in real-time that are crucial to the health and success of our clients. We are a product team with high adoption and growth and are seeking engineers ready to tackle large-scale problems where optimization is key. As an xFlows Engineer, you will be solving critical problems that have an immediate impact on customers and partner teams across all of Qualtrics.

Things You’ll Do- Develop scalable, fast, robust, and simple solutions to solve complex business problems
- Implement new features and optimize existing ones to drive maximum performance, quality, and user adoption
- Own projects from the onset. This includes gathering requirements, technical design, implementation, and delivery
- Collaborate with and incorporate feedback from other engineers, tech-ops, and product managers, as well as being a collaborator for others via design and code reviews
- Maintain your team’s infrastructure and participate in a regular on-call rotation
- Contribute to the product roadmap and success of the team with your ideas and feedback
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science
- Experience with modern backend programming languages and frameworks (Node, GoLang, Java, PHP, etc. and their ecosystems)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD (AWS, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.)
- Experience with software engineering best practices (e.g. unit and integration testing, code reviews, design documents, architecture reviews)
