What You'll Do:

• Design and develop UX rich, accessible and search optimized front end applications using html5, typescript, design systems like tailwind and frameworks like React, NextJS 
• Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient backend services
• Develop and maintain operational excellence with tools like cloud watch, grafana, newrelic.
• Leverage service-oriented architecture and event-driven systems to build scalable solutions.
• Manage and optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features.
• Contribute to the entire development life cycle, from concept to release.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and other engineering teams.
• Ensure that all systems are designed and implemented with high security and data protection standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a full stack Engineer or similar, 3+ years experience.
• Proficiency in typescript, react, nextJs, express.
• Understanding of modern web framework concepts including SSR, SSG, SPA 
• Proficiency in writing unit and integration testing.
• Familiarity with other programming languages 
• Knowledge of content Management systems such as Contentful, StoryBlock, Strapi is a plus. 
• Experience with service-oriented architecture and event-driven systems.
• Experience with relational and non-structured databases
• Familiarity with AWS, Vercel, Fastly, or similar technologies
• Prior working experience operational excellence tools like grafana,cloudwatch, splunk, new relic, rollbar.
• Strong understanding of the entire development process (design, development, deployment).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Demonstrated "can do" attitude with a willingness to tackle and solve complex problems.
• Ideal team players: hungry, humble, and smart! We value those who are curious and strive to be great people to work with.
• The ability to prioritize, strategize, execute, and deliver
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Compensation

USA Compensation Range: $80,000 - 120,000*Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
