Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with product design, and business teams.

What you'll do

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our tech team in Bologna to implement Doctolib’s ambitious expansion plan in Italy with Vettore Medical.

You will join the Vettore team and work on a cloud SaaS solution for clinics and medical offices. You will join a feature team and be responsible for evolving the product and integrating it within our ecosystem.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Designing and implementing new features using Microsoft technologies (C#, SQL, typescript)
  • Identifying opportunities to improve engineering standards, tooling and processes;
  • Work closely with product and other tech teams on infrastructure, security and tooling to help define our roadmap
  • Develop code that meets high standards of quality, reliability, and and efficiency
Who you are

  • Have 1-2 years of experience with object oriented programming languages (C# is a plus)
  • Have knowledge of javascript, typescript, HTML o CSS
  • Know RDBMS basics (we use SQL and MariaDB)
  • Are a curious, proactive, and collaborative engineer
  • Have experience in healthcare or are passionate about improving the daily life of healthcare professionals and patients
  • Are comfortable having conversations in English
