  What you'll do

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Patient Health Record team within our B2C oriented domain “Patient Health Platform”. 

Our team of 7 engineers is dedicated to transforming the healthcare journey by allowing patients to safely store and share their medical data with healthcare professionals. By eliminating what is today a manual and paperwork-heavy process, we aim to restore the focus on what matters most: improved clinical time for professionals and better care for patients.

By joining our team, you'll solve exciting technical challenges at scale. With millions of documents and appointment preparations processed daily, we continuously engineer robust solutions for data processing, security compliance, performance optimization, and system reliability.

Your mission:

  • Shaping the future of healthcare technology: Work alongside product managers and designers to build features that directly impact millions of users
  • Driving technical excellence: Take ownership of architectural decisions and help define our technical roadmap, ensuring we build scalable, secure solutions that can handle healthcare's critical demands
  • Learning and growing with the team: Share your expertise through code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring, while helping us refine our development practices from design to deployment
  • Owning meaningful outcomes: Lead the delivery of high-impact features that measurably improve how patients and healthcare providers interact with our platform
  Who you are

  • You have at least 3+ years of software engineering experience, including experience with Java (in bonus React/TypeScript)
  • You are proactive, curious, collaborative and eager to learn
  • You have a good understanding of web technologies and software development life cycle
  • You have a “user first” mindset and want to build a product focused on bringing value to its users, through secure, well-tested and pragmatic code.
  • You are very focused on code quality and have a rigorous testing culture
  • You are eager to share your knowledge and help the team grow by pair programming and mentoring.
