The role will serve on the technology team and report to the Tech Lead. To be successful as a Frontend Developer, you should be able to collaborate with team members and cross-functional stakeholders. Ultimately, a top-notch Frontend Developer should be a solid hands-on programmer, demonstrate excellent communication skills, have the ability to connect with other engineers and developers, and have a solid foundation in software engineering. What will you do? ● Own micro-frontends of an individual platform ● Working closely with the product and business stakeholders to understand the requirements and provide engineering solutions with clear expectations on the interfaces ● Collaborating with the business to understand the requirement and connect regularly with your pod of developers and quality assurance team to deliver a stable platform ● Own the end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and oversee the DevOps ● Hands-on debugging of critical issues ● Ensure the implementation of coding & design best practices via regular code reviews ● Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies What makes you a great match for us? ● Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or similar ● 3-5 years working in a technological role ● Technical expertise in Reactjs fundamentals is a must, as Nextjs, Micro-frontend, ReactNative, and a good understanding of GraphQL APIs ● Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms ● Highly accountable, takes ownership, and showcases excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders ● Ability to meet deadlines and work in a time-bound environment ● Self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team player along with a problem solving attitude
