We're looking for a Finance Systems Software Test Engineer (STE) to join our team. You'll play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the reliability and accuracy of our critical finance tech stack, which directly impacts our company's revenue and strategic decision-making. Our Finance Systems team manages a robust and interconnected tech stack, including NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, Zuora, and other essential tools. As a Finance Systems Software Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases. Your primary goal will be to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of our finance system solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and support our business objectives.   How You’ll Find Success

• Collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Designing and executing various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing, to identify and document defects effectively.
• Utilizing testing tools and methodologies to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
• Analyzing test results, identifying root causes of defects, and working with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Contributing to the establishment and maintenance of quality assurance best practices and standards within the Salesforce development team.

  Things You’ll Do

• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Execute manual and automated test scripts, meticulously documenting test results and any defects found.
• Identify, track, and manage defects using appropriate defect tracking tools, ensuring clear and concise reporting.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to reproduce, troubleshoot, and verify bug fixes.
• Participate in requirement reviews and design discussions to provide feedback on testability and potential quality risks.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of test data and test environments.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that new changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by providing support and guidance to end-users.  

  What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on testing SaaS applications.
• Solid understanding of NetSuite and Zoura functionality, configuration, and development concepts.
• Experience in designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases for various types of testing.
• Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies, such as Jira, Qase, Selenium (or other automation tools), and agile testing practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer. Washington State Annual Pay Transparency Range$107,500—$160,500 USD
