Our SOA team is dedicated to optimize our customers' experience with the Ivalua solution and enhance adoption.With 4 team members, the SOA team needs to keep growing to satisfy demanding customers. In this context of fast growth you will help out our customers have the best experience within the Ivalua solution

Opportunity Statement:

Here at Ivalua, we are currently looking for an SOA Consultant.Reporting to the SOA Manager, you will be involved in interviewing key customer users to understanding any challenges they may be facing while using the Ivalua solution.You will be responsible for building an action plan against the customers' challenges and provide a path forward for each action captured.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end initiative to detect adoption and performance issues, by interviewing customers, and building an action plan to address identified topics.
• Report to management on all initiatives by following processes
• Actively working within the Discovery phase by sharing with the Customer or Partner leading practices, demonstrating the product and taking ownership of the action plan.
• Configure the solution on requirements and coordinate the effort with other team members to guarantee initiative milestones are met.
• Oversee and contribute to the Delivery and Action plan and ultimately guarantee successful deployment to Production
• Ensure PMO (Project Management Office) activities

Skills You Need to Succeed:

•   At least 3 years’ experience working on Ivalua implementation projects
•   Required Knowledge of Ivalua Buyer Solution -
•   Preferably Ivalua certified level L3
•   Familiar working on SQL and other databases, including software configuration.
•   Bachelor (BS) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a closely related field or foreign equivalent.

Desirable Skills: 

• Manage client relationships, self-driven, results-oriented, strong leadership, and exceptional communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to details.
• Ability to understand complex functional and technical environments and communicate technical concepts to non-technical people.
• Serve as a mentor to colleagues and project teams.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor (BS) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a closelyrelated field or foreign equivalent
• Bachelor's degree and two years of experience OR Master's degree and threeyears of experience.

The compensation range for this position is based upon careful and continual market compensation research. In addition to location, compensation may also vary based upon job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Title: Solution and Adoption Optimization Consultant

Base Range minimum: $ 97500

Base Range maximum: $ 162500

Additional compensation / rewards: Ivalua offers an annual target bonus for this position conditional on individual and company performance. Other compensation factors may also be considered.
