What is the key purpose of a Solution Engineer?

As a Solution Engineer at Taboola, you’ll play a key role in engaging with premium clients in India, helping integrate Taboola’s digital content into their websites and mobile apps. This is a client-facing, highly technical role where you’ll provide support, consultation, and strategic solutions to both new and existing clients. You’ll work closely with business teams to ensure seamless onboarding and impactful product launches, and manage multiple projects to optimize performance and deliver exceptional value to clients.

What skills and qualifications do I need?

For this role, it is essential that you have:

• 2+ years of experience in web development/integration, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in mobile app development or familiarity with the online media/advertising industry is a plus.
• A strong background in project management, managing multiple technical projects with clear communication, effective timelines, and quality control.
• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and use tools like Tableau or Qlik Sense to optimize performance.
• Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to convey technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience in IT solution engineering or IT implementation.
• A degree in a technology-related field or equivalent practical experience (e.g., Bootcamp).

What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?

As a Solution Engineer, you will:

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored technical solutions.
• Define project scopes, create clear timelines, and assign responsibilities to ensure smooth implementation.
• Execute technical configurations, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to SLAs.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams (Sales, Account Management, Product, R&D) and external stakeholders.
• Engage with clients to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support.
• Analyze data continuously to identify opportunities for performance optimization and improvement.
• Drive operational efficiency, ensuring adherence to best practices and scalable solutions.
