The impact you will have:
- Form successful relationships with customers throughout your assigned territory, providing technical and business value to Databricks customers in collaboration with Account Executives.
- Operate as an expert in big data analytics to excite customers about Databricks. You will develop into a ‘champion’ and trusted advisor on multiple areas of architecture, design, and implementation to lead to the successful adoption of the Databricks Lakehouse platform.
- Scale best practices in your field and support customers by authoring reference architectures, how-tos, and demo applications, and help build the Databricks community in your region by leading workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.
- Grow your knowledge and expertise to the level of a technical and/or industry specialist.
What we look for:
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of technical experience in a customer-facing solutions engineering role.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience through work experienceHands on experience with Python, Java, or Scala and proficiency in SQLExperience with Big Data technologies (Ex: Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) and architectures is a plus Aptitude to interact with customer confidently and professionallyCan meet expectations for technical training and role-specific outcomes within 6 months of hire

L’impact que vous aurez :
- Établir des relations fructueuses avec les clients de votre territoire assigné, en apportant une valeur technique et commerciale aux clients de Databricks en collaboration avec les chargés de comptes.
- Agir en tant qu’expert en analytique big data pour intéresser les clients à propos de Databricks. Vous deviendrez un « champion » et un conseiller de confiance sur plusieurs aspects de l’architecture, du design et de la mise en œuvre, afin de favoriser l’adoption réussie de la plateforme Databricks Lakehouse.
- Diffuser les meilleures pratiques de votre domaine et soutenir les clients en rédigeant des architectures de référence, des guides pratiques et des démonstrations. Vous contribuerez également à développer la communauté Databricks dans votre région en animant des ateliers, des séminaires et des rencontres.
- Développer vos connaissances et votre expertise jusqu’à devenir un spécialiste technique et/ou sectoriel.
Profil recherché :
- Le candidat idéal possède plus de 2 ans d’expérience technique dans un rôle d’ingénierie de solutions en contact avec la clientèle.
- Diplôme de baccalauréat en informatique, science des données, systèmes d’information, ingénierie, ou expérience équivalente acquise par le travail.
- Expérience pratique avec Python, Java ou Scala et maîtrise du SQL.
- Expérience avec les technologies Big Data (ex : Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) et les architectures associées est un atout.
- Capacité à interagir avec les clients de manière assurée et professionnelle.
- Capacité à répondre aux attentes en matière de formation technique et d’objectifs spécifiques au poste dans les 6 mois suivant l’embauche.
Pay Range Transparency
Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
