About the job

As the global Source to Pay Lead, you will provide leadership and oversight on all project delivery within the Source to Pay (S2P) area. You will recommend the best approach on how Oracle S2P Fusion technology can solve current business problems. You will already have extensive experience with the Oracle Fusion applications suite and in particular Procurement, Payables, Cash Management and Expenses. .  

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Serve as the Global Oracle SME for the Source to Pay area - Procurement, Payables, Cash Management and Expenses modules
  • You will act as the solution architect for this area mindful of how solutions impact the current and future ERP IT landscape.
  • You will also mentor and act as a coach for junior members of the global S2P team.
  • Be comfortable with articulating solution proposals to all levels of management and end users.
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key stakeholders (mostly in U.S. and EMEA)
  • You will be comfortable working with globally dispersed I.T. teams and senior business leadership being predominantly based in the U.S.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certifications in Oracle Fusion, Sourcing, CLM applications are a plus.
  • A minimum 8+ years of leading procure-to-pay (P2P). Should have played Solution Architect Role or a Work Stream Lead role in these projects. Desirable to have Sourcing, CLM experience on the buy side.
  • Advanced proficiency in Oracle Fusion Applications modules - Procurement, Payables. Other Financials modules such as General Ledger, Expenses, Cash Management & Fusion Tax are a plus. 
  • Minimum of 4 End-to-End Implementation projects in Oracle ERP with Sourcing and CLM applications. 
  • Should have experience of designing and delivering complex solutions in highly integrated applications landscape like Procurement, Payables and other S2P modules.
  • Should have performed Fit/Gap Analysis based on business requirements and Oracle Procure to Pay modules. Especially integration between 3rd party systems and Oracle AP / Procurement. 
  • Desirable to have experience in market leading CLM products - like Agiloft, Ironclad and its integration with Oracle Procurement and Finance ERP modules such as AP. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to lead the requirements elicitation, perform fit-gap analysis, write functional specifications, development, configuration, functional testing, and post-production support.
  • Excellent communication - verbal / presentation and written plus interpersonal skills, English is a must. Must be able to lead discussions with senior stakeholders e.g. present solution options.
  • Document the functional design, process flows, architecture diagram and solution approaches through analysis of business benefits/KPIs of recommended approaches
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions. 
  • Strong understanding of Procurement processes like opportunities, Sourcing, Supplier Performance, Managing Contractuals, Vendor Onboarding, integration ERP and RFx management.
  • Ability to lead configure design for working prototypes in a development instance. Plus, if required, to validate and refine – need to get hands on as needed.
  • Experience of handling Supplier Performance Management (SPM), Vendor Onboarding, Vendor invoicing etc.
  • Design and collaborate with other IT technical team members to architect and drive projects - analyse business requirements, identify gaps, arrive at gap closure approaches, determine pros and cons of technical approaches and document design specifications
  • Conduct meetings with business users and IT personnel and publish status and progress reports. During projects, clearly communicate project task status to key stakeholders.
  • Comfortable in conducting large workshops and demos with business leaders and process owners and drive the design boards in a sprint tool with sufficient exposure to agile methodology
  • Teamwork-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable to work across time zones – bulk of business community in US region
  • Work with business users to understand and document their CLM business processes (including Approvals) to devise the best-fit strategy, application architecture and process flow charts

Desired:

  • CLM certifications with scripting expertise and preferable experience in configuring and implementation of market leading CLM products - Agiloft/ Ironclad or similar.
  • Oracle Fusion Certifications
  • SAFe / AGILE certification

Location

This role will be remote and based in the UK.

Travel
