SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

Pure Storage is seeking a Sourcing Manager to work in our Corporate Sourcing and Procurement team.  In this role you will partner with IT, Engineering, Support, HR, Marketing, Facilities and other BU's to focus on diverse indirect corporate spend, defining and implementing sourcing and optimized spend strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…

• Negotiate indirect global spend for key goods and services
• Continually identify and implement new opportunities for cost savings and avoidance, and proactively track the progress
• Develop global indirect sourcing strategies including contract negotiation and cost targets
• Negotiate business T&C's relating to: payment terms, delivery terms, price reduction, and other strategic issues with key suppliers
• Implement programs for supplier diversity, environmental sustainability, selection, performance management, and supply base optimization
• Work with Legal to establish optimal contract terms and conditions with suppliers

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

• 5+ years’ experience in Procurement and Sourcing Management
• MBA is preferred.
• Key strengths in building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders
• Must be detail oriented, analytical, process savvy, customer focused, and adaptable to business needs
• Must be comfortable presenting to executives, and explaining complex contractual obligations
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• This is a hybrid position located in Lehi, Utah

• The annual base salary range is: $89,000 - $134,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
