Are you ready to join the programmatic evolution?

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our talent acquisition team and help us to continue to build our presence globally. The primary focus of the role will be to source and engage talent for roles on our engineering, data science and technical operations teams.

Here’s What You’ll be Doing:

• Partner closely with hiring managers, engineers, data scientists and recruiters to execute searches  
• Develop heat maps and talent pipeline methodologies for talent identification, nurture and engagement 
• Engage with and clearly communicate Index’ vision and potential opportunities 
• Maintain data reports and performance metrics via Gem 
• Stay up to date with industry and technology insights, trends and news to guide your work in identifying and engaging great talent

Here's What You Need: 

• The mindset of a researcher, willing to run experiments and iterate on strategies
• Innate curiosity and the ability to think creatively in order to find talent in the less obvious places
• Minimum of 2 years of technical sourcing experience working with an in-house recruiting team or search firm
• Proven ability to consistently source and engage passive candidates 
• Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Team player who understands that success in recruiting is a team effort 
• Knowledge of Greenhouse and Gem is a bonus
